As a chiropractor & certified acupuncturist for 15 years, I can tell you with certainty, you can INDEED fix your own back pain easier than you realize…
If you’re reading this message right now, you and I share something terrible in common. What is it? The frustrating discomfort caused by back, neck… and sciatica pain. Agonizing Pain. Unbearable Pain. Pain that keeps you up at night. Pain that is so awful… it makes the simplest of activities seem challenging. That’s the bad news. The good news is that you can eliminate your back pain for good and that you can join the thousands of people who have found a permanent solution to their back problems.
No matter how bad your back pain is right now, how long you have been suffering from back, neck and sciatica pain. No matter how many times you’ve tried to eliminate your back pain with pills, doctor visits or even physical therapy.
Before I became a chiropractor… I suffered from my own personal back pain for 27 years. In fact, the pain was so terrible, I could barely get a good night’s sleep… or… even get out of bed in the morning. You see, the two hobbies that brought me the most enjoyment in life were hiking and kayaking. But unfortunately, I couldn’t do them anymore… because the pain in my lower back was so bad.
I was so desperate to eliminate the pain, I tried pain killers, physical therapy and massages. But the best treatment I ever got was from chiropractors. However, none of it worked so well. I still had the sharp, stabbing pain that ran down the back of my leg from my sciatica condition. Therefore, I made the decision to figure this out on my own. And, I became a chiropractor… and… certified acupuncturist. But then, the unthinkable happened… while I was in the Pre-Med program, I herniated my bulging disc while working. So, I ended up having to get surgery to remove the pieces of the herniated disc in my lower back. And it felt great at first… the pain was gone, and I could walk upright. But then, something awful happened.
A few years later the pain returned – and the cycle continued. I would have days when my back pain would nearly go away. But, by the very next day, the pain would return even stronger. And, don’t get me wrong I’m not telling you all this because I want you to feel sorry for me. There is no need for that. In fact, this story has a happy ending. You see, shortly after the pain returned I became so “OBSESSED” to find a solution to my back problems. I ended up stumbling upon the true cause of back pain. What is the Real Cause of Back Pain? Well, what you’re about to learn, you won’t hear from a doctor. And, it’s not because they are trying to mislead you. It’s because most doctors are misinformed about the true cause of back pain. You see, when most doctors treat back, neck or sciatica pain they attempt to treat the symptoms and not the actual cause. For example, conditions such as a bulging or a herniated disc don’t just happen overnight. They are caused by years and years of wear and tear on your back.
You see, for the human body to run at its best… your muscles, nerves and bones must be working together properly. However, when the muscles in your body become stiff… or… tight, this prevents the joints in your body from working correctly. And when the joints are not working properly it causes the brain to signal pain. Therefore, you begin to lean away from the pain… and this leads to muscles imbalances in your back. So, if you were to go years without treating the muscle imbalances in your body… this could eventually lead to dysfunctions in your body such as a bulging disc, sciatica, or even a herniated disc. Muscle Imbalances are the true cause of most back, neck and sciatica pain. And, this is why many of the treatments for back and neck pain just don’t work. The only way to fix your back pain for good is to start from the beginning… where the back problems originated. In fact, it was treating the muscle imbalances in my own back that has allowed me to live a pain-free again.
Find a way to figure out which muscles are too tight and which ones are too loose, or weak. When you do, tighten the loose ones, strengthen the weak ones. Then, your back pain will get better!
